How is this different from a training workshop?
A workshop gives your team knowledge for a day. The AI Champions Program creates certified internal leaders over 6 weeks who can train others, identify opportunities, and drive adoption long-term. It's the difference between a one-time event and building lasting internal capability.
Do champions need to be technical?
Not at all. We look for people who are curious, influential within their teams, and motivated to improve how work gets done. The program is designed to build technical confidence from wherever they start.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Your champions are certified and equipped to operate independently. They'll have frameworks, materials, and confidence to continue driving AI adoption. You also get 30 days of post-program email support for any questions that come up.
Can we add more than 5 champions?
Absolutely. The standard program includes up to 5 champions. Contact us for pricing on larger cohorts — we've run programs with up to 15 participants.
Is it virtual or in-person?
Both options are available. Virtual sessions work well for distributed teams, and in-person delivery is available in the Vancouver area or on-site at your location. The program content and outcomes are the same either way.
