BrandLive

Three spreadsheets replaced by three tools that agree with each other.

Built, then kept running on a retainer.

The situation

Resource planning, inventory, and event capacity each lived in its own spreadsheet, held together by one person's memory. When the numbers disagreed, someone reconciled them by hand.

What we did

We built three connected tools, one for each function, so the numbers stay in agreement without anyone reconciling them. Then we stayed on to run them.

The result

Three production tools replaced three spreadsheets and the guesswork between them. An ongoing retainer keeps them running and improving as BrandLive grows. What began as a single coaching call is now, in the client's words, an essential extension of the team.
